Sleep – 6.5 hours Water – 2.5 litres Food – Eating well. But I do notice that on Rest Days, I have a tendency to look for more food to eat. Not that I did it though. Mental state - Fresh. Went to bed telling myself I would like to rise earlier than my usual time by 15 minutes. And I did just that. Up at 6.45am this morning. Had a quick cup of coffee and followed through with my home work out. Mission accomplished. Emotional state – In check. Physical state – Sore left shoulder (anterior and posterior deltoids), sore chest (pectoral muscles), sore bottom (gluteus maximus…this sounds like the Gladiator huh? lol) and my sciatic nerve still hurts. Sounds like I’m falling to bits? Haha I don’t actually feel any negative pain (apart from the sciatic pain that comes and goes).
I will blog later about an incident which took place yesterday evening. This concerns peer and social pressures and staying on course.
