Ever wonder what some of us eat on our free meal days?
Here's my list for the day. Followed by my day after post morning workout. ;)
- A grilled chicken salad with a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese. No dressing. - 2 cups of flat white & 2 cups black coffee - A handful of macadamia and almonds. - A boiled egg with thinly sliced ham and asparagus without the dressing. - Half of the steak shown in the picture without the bearnaise sauce. - A handful of fries. - One small profiterole (size of a golf ball) stuffed with vanilla ice cream and an added drizzle of chocolate sauce. - Half a glass of champagne.
